At Proud Poppy Clothing, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions, which is why we offer flexible returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached, ensuring they fall within our 30-day return window.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then drop your parcel off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
